Hi, I'm Ange and welcome to my place :)
I believe that life is about relationships and none is more important than the one we have with ourselves. How we think, move and speak, what we eat and our choices in life, are a reflection of our own self-worth. By combining my yoga and psychology training, I seek to connect people with their inner wisdom, increase the dose of self-compassion we offer ourselves and guide people to courageously make choices in their life that match their potential.
My classes invite students to savour the gift of each moment, through awareness, breath and movement. To find a balance between accepting ones limitations, delving deep to expand the edges of our comfort zone and connecting with our playful spirit. Encouraging students to both honour their strengths and enjoy some sweet surrender.
