Yin Immersion | Loving Kindness

The greatest gift we can offer ourselves and others is our loving attention. To be held with tenderness and acceptance each moment of our lives. Yet, often we allow the critical voice to narrate our lives rather than seeing ourselves through the lens of love and being kind to ourselves. Let’s discover a new way of being and relating to ourselves.
Give yourself the gift of your time and attention - enjoy an afternoon of nourishing yin poses, mindfulness meditations and healing breath practices to deeply relax your whole body and mind. Relish in a full body surrender and cultivate the capacity to be with ourselves and this moment with kindness. This is the pathway to peace, wellbeing and feeling ‘at home’ within ourselves each moment of our lives. Our heart knows no bounds - as we cultivate the capacity to embrace our whole self, we widen our embrace to hold others also.
To support your practice, please bring any props available, such as blankets, pillows, bolsters and/towels.

Private and Group offerings
Allow me to develop and offer a one-on-one or group practice to suit your needs and goals. Private yoga is perfect for those new to yoga or seeking to deepen their practice. Whilst group offerings provide a wonderful opportunity for friends, teams, colleagues, students and families to come together to connect, relax and rejuvenate.
