Upcoming classes and offerings

Regular Weekly Offerings

All offerings are currently at Yoganic in WIllougby. A beautiful boutique studio offering yoga and pilates. Classes are 60min and all are welcome.

- Regular class is Monday 6.30pm Evening yoga. I will be teaching this class every Monday night until December 19.
​- Friday 23 December | 4pm Yin Yoga
- Saturday 24December | 9.15am Slow Flow 



Private and Group offerings 
Allow me to develop and offer a one-on-one or group practice to suit your needs and goals. Private yoga is perfect for those new to yoga or seeking to deepen their practice. Whilst group offerings provide a wonderful opportunity for friends, teams, colleagues, students and families to come together to connect, relax and rejuvenate. All offerings currently online - meaning location is not an obstacle :).
