Regular Weekly Offerings

All offerings are currently at Yoganic in WIllougby. A beautiful boutique studio offering yoga and pilates. Classes are 60min and all are welcome.

- My Regular class is Monday 6.30pm | Evening yoga. A blend of movement and stillness, strength and surrender. The class is available to all levels of experience. Variations and modifications are offered throughout the class to empower students to choose the option that best serves them in the moment. 

Private and Group offerings 
Allow me to develop and offer a one-on-one or group practice to suit your needs and goals. Private yoga is perfect for those new to yoga or seeking to deepen their practice. Whilst group offerings provide a wonderful opportunity for friends, teams, colleagues, students and families to come together to connect, relax and rejuvenate. Offerings also available online - meaning location is not an obstacle :).
