The physical focus for the final immersion of the year is creating freedom in the neck, shoulders and spine - whilst always finding balance through the whole body. It's going to be sweet.

What is YIN Yoga?
Yin yoga, through it’s passively held floor poses adds gentle pressure to myofascia, ligaments and tendons to lubricate the joints and free adhesions / knots in our tissues that restrict movement. Improving joint health and flexibility, whilst also gently releasing the emotions that are stored in the body.
