Monday November 18 | Happy Hips Discover renewed freedom as we flow through deep and delicious poses to cultivate stability, mobility and flexibility in our hips. Happy hips means greater range of motion, better circulation and supports our our whole body, particularly our back muscles, spine and knees. Our incredible hips do so much for us, it's time to give some love back and invite more flow, freedom and joy into our lives.
Monday November 25 | Let's do the Twist! Twists are one of my favourite group of poses! They are a wonderful way to release and strengthen the lower, mid and upper back; connect with our core; and help support both stability and mobility in the hips and shoulders. Through breath, presence and movement we will help detoxify the body, connect with our courage and fierce compassion. Spring reminds us of the beauty of change, growth and new beginnings. It’s a wonderful opportunity to cleanse and rejuvenate, enabling us to mirror nature's bright and colourful transformation with clarity, vitality and joy.
Monday December 2 | Balancing Act Explore the beauty of balancing effort and ease, standing your ground and softening our expectations. Finding balance, on or off the mat, is never an absolute and requires a willingness to be present and adjust our approach moment after moment. Balancing poses are a powerful way to cultivate strength, stability, concentration, calm and most importantly, TRUST, which all improves how we move and play in our day to day lives. Balancing poses can really test our patience and our ego - so let's learn to learn to embrace ourselves and the poses when we're standing on one foot.
Monday December 9 | Possibilities and Potential Sometimes we need a shift in perspective to open our eyes to a new way of being, resolve a challenging situation or create new opportunities. In a safe and playful approach, we will explore the therapeutic inversions of shoulder stand and headstand to re-connect with our courage, strength and boundless capacity to learn, grow and transform. Inversions are a great way to build core and upper body strength, improve circulation, expand the edges of our comfort zones and feed a growth mindset. All welcome - many modifications and options will be provided to suit your individual needs and choices. Whether you're 26 or 62, a beginner or seasoned yogi, this practice is open to you, if you're open to the possibility :)
Monday December 16 | Peace, Good Health and Joy These are my wishes for you, me and all beings this festive season. It's a full time and year, with our energy and attention being directed to so many people, places and things. The silly season can make us a little silly ourselves! A body and mind at peace with itself is true wealth, so let's join each other for a special candle lit evening of nourishing yin and meditation - cultivate deeper and lasting presence and inner peace, release tension and strain, and radiate a genuine joy this festive season.
Yin Immersion | Seeing the Goodness

No matter how difficult our days can be, there is always goodness to honour and appreciate - in our lives, in one another and most importantly, within ourselves.
Our thoughts and where we direct our attention has the power to transform our lives. Their effects rippling into every cell of our being and moment of our lives. Join me for nourishing afternoon of yin, meditation and reflection to soften, surrender and compassionately broaden our lens to soak up the wonder and beauty that is waiting to be received. Let's direct our attention to the truth of our boundless love, wholeness and goodness.
The practice will focus on deeply relaxing the nervous system and releasing tension in the whole body, with extra love given to the neck, shoulders, and spine. These areas are associated with the Heart and Small intestine meridians, which are linked with the summer season and central to bringing harmony to our physical and emotional well being - aiding in circulation, digestion, vitality and our ability to cultivate and radiate joy and abundance.
