Every Wednesday 6.30am

Rise up, show up and shine bright for the rest of your day.

Greet the day with movement, mindfulness and positive psychology. 

With daylight savings and a new spring/summer vibe in the air, what a wonderfully motivating way to start your day right, be your best self and set the tone for the spring & summer season.

Unravel the physical and mental limitations that keep us stuck and step into your day with greater awareness, freedom and energy.

Join me for a slower, stronger Yoga practice - allowing time to explore the gifts of each pose, build warmth in the body and connect with your strength, awareness and breath. We’ll use intelligent and accessible movements to create freedom in the body, cultivate mindful awareness and vitality, and start the day feeling GREAT!

We’re excited to include a MINDFUL EATING practice on the first and last classes of the course. We’ll provide the food; you show up and enjoy :) 

Date(s): Wednesdays until 19 December 2018
Time: 6:30am - 7:30am...or you can join me for the 9.30am session :)
Venue: Yogabowl (upstairs) @ Lane Cove Tennis Club.
Cost: Pro-rata payment for the remainder of the course OR drop-ins welcome
