Feel Good Food

I believe that food should make you feel good, satisfy your hunger, tickle your tastebuds and nourish the body. 
I'm not a food nazi (nor a chef), but I aim to keep my meals packed with nutrients and taste; free of refined sugar, wheat and dairy; and easy to make.

Choc Goji Berry Slice

I have a seriously sweet tooth and LOVE chocolate and these delicious slices of heaven always hit the spot. The raw cacao and coconut oil give it a decadent richness that you can enjoy without any guilt. Enjoy!

This smoothie is the bomb... if I do say so myself :)
​I have it most days and it never disappioints. Enjoy it for breakfast, as an afternoon sweet fix or a dessert.

Crunch on my Granola

I love this healthy, nutrient rich, wheat and sugar free crunchy granola. It's SO yummy I have it for breaky and as a sweet treat. Pictured here served with bananas and coconut kefir. YUM!

When the winter blues and frumpy feeling creeps in, the sore throat starts to tickle or sinus' block up, this is my go-to recipe. Super nourishing, warming, healthy and easy peasy.  Get in my belly!
